Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Australia.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $100.
For orders under $100, a standard shipping rate will be calculated or charged at checkout.
Express shipping may be available at an additional cost.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During drop launches or busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or selected courier services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Standard delivery times may vary depending on your location. Australia Post Parcel Post generally takes 2–6 business days within Australia, while Express Post generally takes 1–3 business days where available.
One-of-One Orders
As many 1off pieces are released in limited quantities or as part of a One-of-One Drop, please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
1off is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, missed deliveries, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If your parcel appears lost or has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
General Return Policy
For eligible full-price 1off products, we may accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

unworn;
-
unwashed;
-
unused;
-
in its original condition;
-
returned with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
Return eligibility will be stated on the product page. If an item is marked as “One-of-One”, “Final Sale”, “Archive”, “Sample”, or part of a special drop, different return conditions may apply.
One-of-One Items
Some 1off pieces are released as part of a One-of-One Drop. These items are individually selected and available in one quantity only.
Due to the limited nature of One-of-One items, we do not accept returns, exchanges or store credit for change of mind.
This includes but is not limited to:

choosing the wrong size;
-
the item not fitting as expected;
-
the item not suiting your personal style;
-
colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings;
-
no longer wanting the item after purchase.
Because One-of-One items are available in one quantity only, we are unable to offer size exchanges or replacements.
A One-of-One item is not considered faulty if the relevant condition detail was clearly shown or described before purchase.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit unless they are deemed to be faulty or significantly not as described.
Please choose carefully when purchasing Final Sale items.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item arrives with a major undisclosed fault, is significantly different from the description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:

your order number;

clear photos or videos of the issue;

photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged;

a short explanation of the problem.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a refund, repair, replacement where possible, store credit, or another suitable remedy.
Return Shipping
For approved returns related to a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly not-as-described item, we will provide return instructions.
For any approved change-of-mind return on eligible products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Important Note
All change-of-mind returns are subject to the return eligibility stated on the product page.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
